Return policy

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement in all cases where, due to proven fault of mobiakcare.gr, incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in order receipt, pricing, shipping, damaged during transport, poor packaging, etc.).

The customer has the option either not to accept delivery of the product from the outset or, after receiving it, to return the product within 20 days of the delivery date.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. they have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice.

If they are not returned within 20 days, mobiakcare.gr may not accept any returns or replacements. In any case and for all of the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt.

In any case, returns and replacements are possible under the following conditions:

– You contact the Online Store on the same day or the next business day.
– The product has not been used.
– The product is accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g., TDA, Retail Receipt, etc.).

Specifically:

– If an item you have received is faulty, you can send the product back to emergency-pro.gr, where you will be charged for the cost of shipping. If the product is defective, we will replace it immediately free of charge.
